this time im going to try to go on my diet for my sweet 16 and the summer and i wanna do it for myslef so i can look good NO MORE JUNK FOOD for me and daily excersing imgoing to have a flat belly by the end of this month i only wantto sheda few pounds the most is like 20 mhmmm maybe 25 or more but ill be happy with whatever weight i loss.. as long as i have a flat stomach again and a V and some mini abs :)
